Common use of PLAN DEVELOPMENT AND PREPARATION Clause in Contracts

PLAN DEVELOPMENT AND PREPARATION.  Preparation of elements of watershed management, water quality improvement, integrated regional  water management, hydromodification management plans, and other plans as needed;  Preparation of GIS layers, map products and other graphics and GIS support;  Preparation of CEQA/NEPA documentation;  Preparation and processing of regulatory permits;  Preparation and implementation of human waste investigation and abatement plans;  Development of monitoring and assessment plans and quality assurance project plans (QAPPs) in accordance with regulatory requirements;  Provision of meeting facilitation and support;  Preparation of grant requests;  Assistance with public and community outreach, community meetings and stakeholder coordination;
