Plan Development. Plan Development consists of the following that address a student’s 14 mental health goals: 15 a. When staffs develop Client Plans, approve Client Plans, and/or monitor a client’s 16 progress. Such activities may take place with the client to develop a Client Plan or discuss the overall or 17 program goals, with a client or family member and/or significant support persons to obtain signatures on 18 the Client Plan, and, if needed, have the Client Plan reviewed and signed by a licensed/waivered/registered 19 clinician. 20 b.
