Plan Installation Services Sample Clauses

Plan Installation Services. (A) Meeting with Agency personnel to finalize Plan provisions, implementation timelines, benefit communication strategies, data reporting and contribution submission requirements; (B) Providing the necessary analysis and advisory services to finalize these elements of the Plan; (C) Providing the documentation needed to establish the Plan to be reviewed and approved by Agency legal counsel. Resulting final Plan documentation must be approved by the Agency prior to the commencement of PARS Plan Administration Services outlined in Exhibit 1A, paragraph 3 below.
Plan Installation Services. (A) Meeting with appropriate CITY personnel to discuss plan provisions, implementation timelines, actuarial valuation process, funding strategies, benefit communication strategies, data reporting, and submission requirements for contributions, reimbursements, distributions; (B) Providing the necessary analysis and advisory services to finalize these elements of the Plan; (C) Providing the documentation needed to establish the Plan to be reviewed and approved by CITY legal counsel. Resulting final Plan documentation must be approved by the CITY prior to the commencement of CONSULTANT Plan Administration Services outlined in Attachment A, paragraph 2 below.

  • Installation Services The Bitstream 2a Service includes a Standard Install as set out below (in each case to the extent that the relevant provisioning works are not already complete for the relevant Service Order).1

  • Construction Services 3.1.1 Basic Construction Services. 3.1.2 Meetings and Schedule Updates.

  • Preconstruction Services During the Design & Preconstruction Phase, the Design-Builder shall provide such design and preconstruction services as are necessary to properly advance the Project. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, during the Preconstruction Phase, the Design-Builder shall: (i) work with its Architect and any design consultants to advance the design for the Project in consultation with Client Agency, the Department and its Program Manager; (ii) obtain bids from trade subcontractors to perform the work described in the Design Development Documents and provide bid tabulations to the Department; (iii) engage in any value engineering and scoping exercises necessary to return the cost of the work to the Project Budget; (iv) engage in preconstruction activities, including identifying any long-lead items; (v) develop a GMP proposal for the Project; and (vi) enter into a GMP for the Project. Throughout the Design & Preconstruction Phase, the Design-Builder shall schedule and attend regular meetings with the Department, the Program Manager and the Architect. A list of preconstruction deliverables is set forth in Exhibit C.

  • Building Services Labor Law Article 9 applies to Contracts for building service work over $1,500 with a public agency, that: (i) involve the care or maintenance of an existing building, or (ii) involve the transportation of office furniture or equipment to or from such building, or (iii) involve the transportation and delivery of fossil fuel to such building, and (iv) the principal purpose of which is to furnish services through use of building service employees.

  • Software Installation The AGENCY shall request approval in writing from the COUNTY prior to installation of any software on COUNTY computer equipment. All software installations must be supervised by COUNTY technical support staff and proof of licensing is required. Upon completion, the AGENCY is responsible for reconfiguring the computers back to the original state.

  • Implementation Services Vendor shall provide the Implementation Services, if any, described in Exhibit A. The Services Fees for any Implementation Services shall be described in Exhibit A.

  • Utility Services Company agrees to pay the full cost and expense associated with its use of all utilities, including but not limited to water, sanitary sewer, electric, storm drainage, and telecommunication services.

  • Installation Waiver Company will waive the one-time installation charges associated with the implementation of Services within the 48 contiguous States of the U.S. provided under this Agreement except for the following services: (i) eDSL, (ii) VPN, (iii) Internet Dedicated OC3, OC12, OC48, Gig-E, (iv) PTT / third party services (including International Access and Company International), (v) Data Center, (vi) Paging, (vii) Managed Services, (viii) CPE, (ix) Enhanced Call Routing, (x) Local Disaster Recovery, (xi) Audio, Video and Net Conferencing, (xii) Voice over IP Services, (xiii) Security Services, (xiv) Non-Listing/Non-Published Service, (xv) Telecommunications Service Priority, and (xvi) Services provided by Company incumbent local exchange carriers (“ILECs”) or by Cellco Partnership and its affiliates d/b/a Company Wireless. Usage charges, monthly recurring charges, expedite charges, change charges, surcharges, charges for an unlisted or non-published number, any charges imposed by third parties (including access, egress, jack, or wiring charges), taxes or tax-like surcharges, or other Governmental Charges will not be waived.

  • Equipment Installation In order to meet its obligations under this Agreement, a Party that owns, rents, or leases equipment (the equipment owner) may require installation of such equipment on property owned by another Party (the property owner), provided that the property is being used for an electric utility purpose and that the property owner shall not be required to do so if it would thereby be prevented from performing its own obligations or exercising its rights under this Agreement.

  • Design Services The Engineer shall perform services during the schematic design phase, the design development phase, the contract documents phase, and the bidding period as hereinafter specified.
