Employee Notification A copy of any disciplinary action or material related to employee performance which is placed in the personnel file shall be provided to the employee (the employee so noting receipt, or the supervisor noting employee refusal to acknowledge receipt) or sent by certified mail (return receipt requested) to the employee's last address appearing on the Employer's records.
Union Notification The Union shall be notified of all appointments, hirings, layoffs, transfers, recalls and terminations of employment.
Custodian Notification The Custodian shall notify the Fund or its designee of rights or discretionary corporate actions as promptly as practicable under the circumstances, provided that the Custodian has actually received notice of such right or discretionary corporate action from the relevant Foreign Custodian, Depository or otherwise. Absent actual receipt of such notice, the Custodian shall have no liability for failing to so notify the Fund.
Layoff Notification When the City determines that a layoff or job abolishment is necessary, they shall notify the affected employees fourteen (14) calendar days in advance of the effective date of the layoff or job abolishment. The City, upon request from the Labor Council, agrees to discuss with representatives of the Labor Council the impact of the layoff on bargaining unit employees.
Unauthorized Access Notification XXX shall notify Provider promptly of any known unauthorized access. XXX will assist Provider in any efforts by Provider to investigate and respond to any unauthorized access.
Recall Notification Notice of recall shall be sent to the bargaining unit member by certified mail. The City shall be deemed to have fulfilled its obligation by mailing the recall notice by certified mail, return receipt requested, to the last address provided by the bargaining unit member.
Written Notification Failing settlement at this level, the Union shall in writing notify the Employer of the alleged discrepancy and the names of the employees involved, and the period of time that such discrepancy is claimed to cover. Upon receipt of such written notice, the Employer agrees to promptly furnish the representative of the Union wage data pertaining to the alleged wage discrepancy.
Notice of Separation When an employee’s resignation is presumed in accordance with Section 27.2 above, the Employer will separate the employee by sending a separation notice to the employee by certified mail to the last known address of the employee. Such notice will include information regarding eligibility for continuation of medical benefits.
Incident Notification Google will notify Customer promptly and without undue delay after becoming aware of a Data Incident, and promptly take reasonable steps to minimize harm and secure Customer Data.
Resume Self-Certification Form When submitting a response to an RFQ the Contractor shall submit with its response a completed and signed Resume Self-Certification Form (Contract Exhibit F) to the Customer for each proposed Staff member identified in the RFQ response.
