Common use of Plan of Improvement Clause in Contracts

Plan of Improvement. Employees placed on a plan of improvement for performance reasons shall be afforded a minimum of six (6) weeks to remediate and improve their work performance. Employees failing to successfully complete a plan of improvement shall be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal from employment. 15.3.1 Upon written request by the employee, warning notices and plans of improvement shall be removed from Personnel files 18 months from the date of the notice if there have been no further notices for a six (6) month period.
