Plan Transitions, Inpatient Hospital Stays. (A) When an Enrollee is in an inpatient hospital setting and becomes Fee-For-Service any time prior to discharge from the hospital, the Contractor is financially responsible for the entire hospital stay including all services related to the hospital stay until discharged.
