PLANETA PARALELO. Lda is business company or organisation, which has the ability and interest to present study on the UPJŠ MF to foreign applicants, to inform foreign applicants about conditions of admission on study at the UPJŠ MF, to provide them necessary information about admission proceedings and about study at the UPJŠ MF, to provide maintenance and supply of entrance examination at the UPJŠ MF, if it is necessary, for those applicants, who want to study under authority of PLANETA PARALELO, Lda activity according to this contract (Hereinafter referred as „acquired applicants“), as well as conduct any activities to get foreign students, who are interested in to study at the UPJŠ MF. PLANETA PARALELO. Lda môže získavať študentov na štúdium všeobecného a zubného lekárstva na UPJŠ LF zo zahraničia okrem Izraela, Spojeného Kráľovstva Veľkej Británie a Severného Írska, Írska, Indie, Švédska a Nórska.
PLANETA PARALELO. Lda can recruit the students for study of General and Dental Medicine at the UPJŠ MF from abroad except Israel, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, Ireland, India, Sweden and Norway. Článok IIa. / Article IIa.
PLANETA PARALELO. Lda shall promote and recruit applicants for study at the UPJŠ MF in study program.
PLANETA PARALELO. Xxx shall in his activity promote and fence goodwill of the UPJŠ MF.
PLANETA PARALELO. Xxx shall inform foreign applicants about all facts, which he knows or shall know with serious care about entrance examination at the UPJŠ MF, organization of study at the UPJŠ MF, payment and fees and duties of the students.
PLANETA PARALELO. Xxx shall deliver to the UPJŠ MF list of those applicants, who want to take part at entrance examination on study of some of the study program at the UPJŠ MF, at the latest within seven days before the date of entrance examination otherwise the UPJŠ MF shall not invite applicants on entrance examination.
PLANETA PARALELO. Lda v zozname, ktorý doručí UPJŠ LF podľa ods. 9 tohto článku uvedie meno a priezvisko uchádzača, jeho adresu a prípadne telefonický a emailový kontakt.
PLANETA PARALELO. Lda bude informovať záujemcov o štúdium, ak je to nevyhnutné, o ich povinnosti zabezpečiť si vízum na štúdium na veľvyslanectve alebo konzuláte Slovenskej republiky v zahraničí a povolenie na prechodný pobyt v SR na príslušnom Oddelení cudzineckej polície v SR v súlade so zákonom číslo 48/2002 Z. z. o pobyte cudzincov a o zmene a doplnení niektorých zákonov v znení neskorších predpisov.
PLANETA PARALELO. Xxx shall inform applicants of study, if necessary, about their duty to get the student visa for study in the Slovak Republic at the Embassy and Consulate of SR abroad and residence permit in the Slovak Republic at the Immigration Office of SR in accordance with Slovak Law No. 48/2002 Coll.
