Planning Area Boundaries Sample Clauses
The Planning Area Boundaries clause defines the specific geographic limits within which a project or development activities may take place. It typically outlines the exact perimeter or coordinates of the area, often referencing maps, legal descriptions, or survey data to ensure precision. By clearly establishing these boundaries, the clause helps prevent disputes over land use, ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, and provides clarity for all parties involved regarding the scope of permitted activities.
