Plant Holidays Falling in a Calendar Week. In the event that a recognized plant holiday falls during a calendar week, then the employee’s work week for that week shall be reduced by eight (8) hours for each such holiday and overtime rates shall be paid for all hours worked in excess of the reduced work week.
