BARGAINING AGENT 1. 1.01 The Company hereby recognizes the Union as the sole Collective Bargaining agency for employees in the Bargaining Unit. It is understood and agreed however, that this Agreement shall not apply to, nor include General Manager, Xxxxxxx and above the rank of Xxxxxxx, Dispatchers, and all office clerical personnel. 1.02 New classifications and wages may be added to the Bargaining Unit from time to time when mutually agreed between the Parties. 1.03 The Company recognizes that the bargaining unit extends to all BDL operations in Winnipeg. No employee of the Company, other than a member of the Union shall do any of the work performed by employees in the Bargaining Unit except in cases of genuine emergencies. Extreme emergencies shall not be abused by such people, or any time shall such emergencies become a regular or frequent development. Such work shall be defined as the receiving, warehousing and handling of full and empty containers at the Company’s operating premises and the delivery of beer within the delivery area of the Company’s operation.
