PLAT OF SURVEY AND LEGAL DESCRIPTION. Lessee understands and agrees that in the event the legal description and plat attached hereto are not legally sufficient for acceptance for recordation of this Lease by the Recorder of Deeds of the county in which the Demised Premises are located, Lessee shall procure, at its own expense, a plat of survey and legal description of the Demised Premises prepared and certified in writing by a Registered Illinois Land Surveyor, within twenty-one (21) days of the execution date hereof. Said plat of survey and legal description shall be reasonably satisfactory to and approved by Lessor’s Executive Director in writing. Failure to timely procure and receive approval of said plat of survey and legal description shall be grounds for immediate termination of this Lease. Lessor reserves the right and Lessee concurs that Lessor shall insert said legal description and plat of survey into this Lease Agreement as Exhibit “A”, upon the approval thereof by District’s Executive Director, without further affirmative act by either party hereto.
