Upon termination of the Agreement and the Study, (i) the Institution’s and the Investigator’s rights for compensation for all procedures properly performed in compliance with the Agreement, and (ii) PSI’s obligation to pay such compensation to the Institution and the Investigator shall not expire. PSI also undertakes to pay to the Institution for all documented essential costs, approved in advance by PSI, which the Institution was forced to incur in relation to the termination of the Agreement or the Study. Po ukončení Smlouvy a soudní příslušnost]Studie rovněž nezaniká (i) právo Zdravotnického zařízení a Hlavního zkoušejícího na odměnu dle této Smlouvy za veškeré úkony řádně provedené v souladu s touto Smlouvou a (ii) povinnost PSI takové odměny Zdravotnickému zařízení a Hlavnímu zkoušejícímu vyplatit. PSI se zároveň zavazuje uhradit Zdravotnickému zařízení veškeré nezbytné, zdokumentované a ze strany PSI předem odsouhlasené náklady, které Zdravotnické zařízení bylo nuceno vynaložit v souvislosti s ukončením této Smlouvy nebo Studie.

Ukončení nebo vypršení této Smlouvy nezbavuje žádnou ze smluvních stran jejích povinností k ostatním stranám, a to s ohledem na následující ustanovení: Oddíl 1.4 b) a c) [Studijní lék a Studijní materiál], Oddíl 1.8 [Majetkové přiznání], Oddíl 2 [Kompenzace], Oddíl 3 [Důvěrnost], Oddíl 4 [Duševní vlastnictví], Oddíl 5 [Publikace a propagace], Oddíl 6 [Zproštění odpovědnosti, oznámení nároků a pojištění], Oddíl 7 [Kontroly, audity, monitorování a záznamy], Oddíl 8.4 [Platnost po ukončení], Oddíl 10 [Protiúplatková a protikorupční ustanovení], Xxxxx 00 Oddíl 11 [Xxxxxxxxx xxxxxOchrana údajů], Oddíl 12 [Různé] a Oddíl 13 [Platné zákony a soudní příslušnost].
