Common use of Point of Assembly Clause in Contracts

Point of Assembly. (a) Every employee will be assigned a headquarters and a regular point of assembly within his headquarters. A regular point of assembly is the location where the employee daily reports for work and will be an established point such as a yard, maintenance depot, office, etceteras. An employee's shift or workday shall commence from the time he is required to report for assignment.
