Point of Sale Materials. MCI WORLDCOM shall be responsible for production of all point of sale ("POS") materials, including product packaging, labeling, instructions, coverage maps, signage, and marketing materials such as retail displays and product brochures. Such POS materials shall be subject to STC's prior approval as to form and content, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
