Policies and Administrative Regulations--Complaint Procedure. 7.7-1 The Policies and Administrative Regulations have been established by the School Board to help carry out its responsibilities. Both parties agree that Policies and Administrative Regulations are not a part of the Agreement and as such are completely outside the scope of this Agreement.
