Policies and Procedures for Reporting. ‌ OFNLP 2008 may develop policies and procedures relating to permitted expenditures and the characterization thereof for the purposes of sections 4.2 and 4.4, respectively, including greater specifications as to approved expenditures for the purposes set forth in those sections. If the Province has provided its written approval of such policies and procedures, the Joint Appointee shall, to the extent these policies and procedures are applicable, apply such policies and procedures in the Joint Appointee's review under section 5.4. The parties agree that such policies and procedures shall not amend the provisions relating to statements and reports in this Article 5.
