Policy Violation Removal. Resident is prohibited from residing in Student Housing if suspended, expelled, or otherwise removed from the University or removed from Resident’s assigned room or apartment for violating University or Student Housing policies. Resident will be required to vacate Resident’s room or apartment within 48 hours of notification, unless Student Housing mandates a more expedient removal. Resident is ineligible for a refund or credit of housing fees because of a policy violation removal and remains responsible for any assessed housing fees.

Policy Violation Removal. Resident is prohibited from residing in University owned or managed residence halls, residential colleges, or apartments if suspended, expelled, or otherwise removed from the University or removed from Resident’s assigned room or apartment for violating University or Student Housing policies. Resident will be required to vacate Resident’s room or apartment within 48 hours of notification, unless Student Housing mandates a more expedient removal. Resident is ineligible for any refund or credit of housing fees for the semester in which the student is removed because of a policy violation and, if applicable, Resident remains responsible for 50% of housing fees, in the amount of the lowest academic year housing rate, for any additional semester within the contract term.

  • Iro Removal Termination 1. The Friendship Entities and IRO. If the Friendship Entities terminate their IRO or if the IRO withdraws from the engagement during the term of the CIA, the Friendship Entities must submit a notice explaining (a) its reasons for termination of the IRO or (b) the IRO’s reasons for its withdrawal to OIG, no later than 30 days after termination or withdrawal. The Friendship Entities must engage a new IRO in accordance with Paragraph A of this Appendix and within 60 days of termination or withdrawal of the IRO.

  • Responsibility for Environmental Contamination 5.20.1 Neither Party shall be liable to the other for any costs whatsoever resulting from the presence or release of any Environmental Hazard that either Party did not introduce to the affected Work Location. Both Parties shall defend and hold harmless the other, its officers, directors and employees from and against any losses, damages, claims, demands, suits, liabilities, fines, penalties and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise out of or result from (i) any Environmental Hazard that the Indemnifying Party, its contractors or agents introduce to the Work Locations or (ii) the presence or release of any Environmental Hazard for which the Indemnifying Party is responsible under Applicable Law.

  • OIG Removal of IRO In the event OIG has reason to believe that the IRO does not possess the qualifications described in Paragraph B, is not independent and/or objective as set forth in Paragraph D, or has failed to carry out its responsibilities as described in Paragraph C, OIG may, at its sole discretion, require GSK to engage a new IRO in accordance with Paragraph A of this Appendix. GSK must engage a new IRO within 60 days of termination of the IRO. Prior to requiring GSK to engage a new IRO, OIG shall notify GSK of its intent to do so and provide a written explanation of why OIG believes such a step is necessary. To resolve any concerns raised by OIG, GSK may present additional information regarding the IRO’s qualifications, independence or performance of its responsibilities. OIG will attempt in good faith to resolve any differences regarding the IRO with GSK prior to requiring GSK to terminate the IRO. However, the final determination as to whether or not to require GSK to engage a new IRO shall be made at the sole discretion of OIG. Appendix B to CIA for GlaxoSmithKline LLC Independent Review Organization Reviews I. Covered Functions Review, General Description As specified more fully below, GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) shall retain an Independent Review Organization (IRO) (or IROs) to perform reviews (IRO Reviews) to assist GSK in assessing and evaluating its systems, processes, policies, procedures, and practices related to certain of GSK's Covered Functions (collectively, “IRO Covered Functions”). The IRO Review shall consist of two components - a systems review (Systems Review) and a transactions review (Transactions Review) as described more fully below. GSK may engage, at its discretion, a single IRO to perform both components of the IRO Review provided that the entity has the necessary expertise and capabilities to perform both. If there are no material changes in GSK’s systems, processes, policies, and procedures relating to the Covered IRO Functions, the IRO shall perform the Systems Review for the second and fifth IRO Reporting Periods. If GSK materially changes its systems, processes, policies, and procedures relating to the Covered IRO Functions, the IRO shall perform a Systems Review for the IRO Reporting Period(s) in which such changes were made in addition to conducting the Review for the second and fifth IRO Reporting Periods. The additional Systems Review(s) shall consist of: 1) an identification of the material changes; 2) an assessment of whether other systems, processes, policies, and procedures previously reported did not materially change; and 3) a review of the systems, processes, policies, and procedures that materially changed. The IRO shall conduct the Transactions Review for each IRO Reporting Period of the CIA.

  • Required Confidentiality Claim Form This is a requirement of the TIPS Contract and is non-negotiable. TIPS provides the required TIPS Confidentiality Claim Form in the "Attachments" section of this solicitation. Vendor must execute this form by either signing and waiving any confidentiality claim, or designating portions of Vendor's proposal confidential. If Vendor considers any portion of Vendor's proposal to be confidential and not subject to public disclosure pursuant to Chapter 552 Texas Gov’t Code or other law(s) and orders, Vendor must have identified the claimed confidential materials through proper execution of the Confidentiality Claim Form. If TIPS receives a public information act or similar request, any responsive documentation not deemed confidential by you in this manner will be automatically released. For Vendor documents deemed confidential by you in this manner, TIPS will follow procedures of controlling statute(s) regarding any claim of confidentiality and shall not be liable for any release of information required by law, including Attorney General determination and opinion. Notwithstanding any other Vendor designation of Vendor's proposal as confidential or proprietary, Vendor’s submission of this proposal constitutes Vendor’s agreement that proper execution of the required TIPS Confidentiality Claim Form is the only way to assert any portion of Vendor's proposal as confidential.

  • Trash Removal The Licensee shall remove trash from the Cafeteria anytime that waste canisters are full or not less than once after every meal; whichever is greater. Any alteration to this provision must be directed in writing by the Licensing Officer.
