citizens abroad Unless the circumstances described in the parenthetical in paragraph 1 above are applicable, either (a) at the time the buy order was originated, the buyer was outside the United States or we and any person acting on our behalf reasonably believed that the buyer was outside the United States or (b) the transaction was executed in, on or through the facilities of a designated offshore securities market, and neither we nor any person acting on our behalf knows that the transaction was pre-arranged with a buyer in the United States.
Residence Community Living Standards The Residence Community Living Standards (“RCLS”) forms a part of this Agreement. It details the rights, responsibilities, and privileges of Residents as well as the residence conduct process. Each Resident is responsible for reading, understanding, and adhering to the terms outlined within the RCLS. The Manager and the Institution may amend the terms of the RCLS from time to time and may post the amendments in the Residence. Failure to abide by the RCLS may result in eviction from Residence and termination of this Agreement as per the violations and sanctions outlined in the RCLS, and as stated in section 8.01(d). Xxxxx, Haldimand, Norfolk An employee shall be granted five working days bereavement leave with pay upon the death of the employee’s spouse, child, stepchild, parent, stepparent, legal guardian, grandchild or step-grandchild.
Oregon Upon failure of the Obligor to perform under the Agreement, the insurer shall pay on behalf of the Obligor any sums the Obligor is legally obligated to pay and any service that the Obligor is legally obligated to perform. Termination of the reimbursement policy shall not occur until a notice of termination has been mailed or delivered to the Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services. This notice must be mailed or delivered at least 30 days prior to the date of termination. CANCELLATION section is amended as follows: You, the Service Agreement Holder may apply for reimbursement directly to the insurer if a refund or credit is not paid before the 46th day after the date on which Your Agreement is returned to the provider. ARBITRATION section of this Agreement is removed.

Missouri CANCELLATION section is amended as follows: A ten percent (10%) penalty per month shall be applied to refunds not paid or credited within forty-five (45) days of receipt of returned Service Agreement.
COLLEGE has the sole right to control and direct the instructional activities of all instructors, including those who are SCHOOL DISTRICT employees.

Chiropractic Services This plan covers chiropractic visits up to the benefit limit shown in the Summary of Medical Benefits. The benefit limit applies to any visit for the purposes of chiropractic treatment or diagnosis.
Arizona In the “WHAT IS NOT COVERED” section of this Agreement, exclusion (E) is removed. CANCELLATION section is amended as follows: No claim incurred or paid will be deducted from the amount to be returned in the event of cancellation. Arbitration does not preclude the consumer’s right to file a complaint with the Arizona Department of Insurance Consumer Affairs Division, (000) 000-0000. Exclusions listed in the Agreement apply once the Covered Product is owned by You.
