No later than five (5) days prior to such delivery, Developers’ Representative, the District’s Director of Facilities and/or the District Representative, the Architect, the Project Inspector, and the General Contractor shall conduct a “walk through” inspection of the Separate Facility for the purpose of identifying any corrective actions that must be taken to comply with the Approved Plans and Specifications (the “Separate Facility Punch List”).
