The Company hereby employs the Employee as its President and Chief Operating Officer and Employee agrees to serve in such capacity, for the period beginning the date hereof and ending on the date on which the Employee's employment with the Company is terminated in accordance with paragraph 9 below (the "Employment Period").

The employee agree to serve the Company for a minimum period of twelve (12) months with effect from the date he/she joins the Company. Further extension of this agreement shall be on the mutual agreement of the parties.

The Township hereby employs the Employee as Township Administrator/Director of Operations, and the Employee hereby agrees to serve in such capacity for the period beginning on December 1, 2021, and ending on the date on which the Employee’s employment is terminated in accordance with the terms of this Agreement (the “Employment Period”). Employee shall report to the Township Board of Trustees including the Supervisor, Clerk, and Treasurer.
