POSITION MANAGEMENT AND CLASSIFICATION. SECTION 1. This article applies to employees covered under the CMLA as described by the Federal Labor Relations Authority (FLRA). Each position covered by this Agreement must be current and accurately described, in writing, and classified as to the proper occupational title, series, grade, and pay system, in accordance with applicable regulations.
