POSITION DESCRIPTION ACCURACY. The parties agree that it is the responsibility of the Employer and the Employee to ensure that position descriptions are accurate. Therefore, Supervisors and Employees are encouraged to meet on a yearly basis, at a minimum (during the initial performance counseling session), to certify the accuracy of the position description. If position descriptions are rewritten or edited as a result of these discussions, the Employer will provide a copy to the Employee and a copy will be made available to the Union upon request.

POSITION DESCRIPTION ACCURACY. When differences concerning the accuracy of the contents of a position description cannot be resolved between the supervisor and the employee, the employee/AFGE Council Local representative may file a grievance under the negotiated grievance procedure. Such grievances will not include issues concerning the appropriate classification of the title, grade and/or series of the position. The matter concerning content accuracy must be resolved before an employee may file a position classification appeal.
POSITION DESCRIPTION ACCURACY. Any employee in the bargaining unit shall be afforded the opportunity to meet with their supervisor for the purpose of reviewing their position description for accuracy. When an employee alleges that his position description is not accurate and is unable to resolve the disagreement he/she may seek relief under Article 5, Grievances.

If it is determined the position description is inaccurate the HR office can conduct a desk audit. If position descriptions are rewritten or edited as a result of these discussions, the Supervisor will provide a copy to the Employee and a copy will be made available to the Union upon request and ensure labor obligations are met.   • Position Description The employee shall be responsible for drafting his/her position description form and shall forward it to his/her supervisor for approval. When the employee and the supervisor disagree on the job description, they shall meet promptly and attempt to reach an agreement on the employee's job duties. In the event that an agreement cannot be reached, the supervisor will finalize the job description in accordance with the supervisor's understanding and expectations of the position. The employee may submit his or her comments for the classification analyst to consider when reviewing the position description.

  • Position Descriptions Individual position descriptions shall be reduced to writing and delineate the duties currently assigned to an employee’s position. A dated copy of the position description shall be given to the employee upon assuming the position and when the position description is amended. The individual position description shall be subject to at least an annual review with the employee. Nothing contained herein shall compromise the right or the responsibility of the Agency to assign work consistent with the classification specification.

  • Data Accuracy The Custodian has no responsibility for, or duty to review, verify or otherwise perform any investigation as to the completeness, accuracy or sufficiency of, any data or information provided by or on behalf of the Client, any persons authorized by the Client, any Third Party Agent, any Market Participant or any Authorized Data Sources, except to the extent the Custodian has agreed in writing to perform reconciliations, variance or tolerance checks or other specific forms of data review under this Agreement.

  • Corrections to Factual Inaccuracies In the event that the LEA determines that the Provider is maintaining Student Data that contains a factual inaccuracy, and Provider cooperation is required in order to make a correction, the LEA shall notify the Provider of the factual inaccuracy and the correction to be made. No later than 90 calendar days after receiving the notice of the factual inaccuracy, the Provider shall correct the factual inaccuracy and shall provide written confirmation of the correction to the LEA.

  • SERVICE LEVEL DESCRIPTION The Fund Accounting Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the Service Level Description attached thereto and replacing it in its entirety with the Service Level Description attached hereto.
