Common use of Position Clause in Contracts

Position. During the Contract Period the Executive shall be employed by the bank as a Senior Officer, or such other corporate or divisional profit center as shall then be the principal successor to the business, assets and properties of the Company, with substantially the same title and the same duties and responsibilities as before the Change in Control.
