Common use of Positions Clause in Contracts

Positions. From and after the Effective Date, Company shall employ Executive in the position of Chief Executive Officer of Company, or in such other positions as the parties mutually may agree.

Positions. From and after the Effective Date, Company shall employ Executive in the position of Chief Executive Officer chief financial officer and treasurer of Company, the Company or in such other position or positions as the parties mutually may agree.

During the term of this Agreement, Executive shall also serve as Chairman of the Company's Board of Directors (the "Board of Directors").

Positions. From and after the Effective Date, Company shall employ Executive in the position positions of Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Company, the Company or in such other position or positions as the parties mutually may agree.

Also, while serving in the position of CEO, Executive shall also be entitled to serve as a member of the Board.

Positions. From and after the Effective Date, the Company shall employ Executive in Employee as an advisor to the position of Chief Executive Officer of Company, the Company or in such other position or positions as the parties mutually may agree.

In addition, Executive shall serve as Chief Executive Officer of Xxxxxx & Xxxxxx Enterprises, Inc., or in such other positions as Executive and Xxxxxx & Xxxxxx Enterprises, Inc. mutually may agree.

Positions. From and after the Effective Date, the Company shall employ Executive in the position of Chief Executive Operating Officer of Company, the Company or in such other position or positions as the parties mutually may agree.

Positions. From and after the Effective Date, Company shall employ Executive in the position of Chief Executive Officer Chairman of Company, the Board of the Company or in such other position or positions as the parties mutually may agree. Executive shall accept the additional title of Chief Executive officer of the Company on or before December 31, 2009 and shall then be employed in that position from and after such date.
