Post-Construction Phase Services. (a) Provide all necessary, normal and usual post-construction services, including, but not limited to, the following: (1) Warranties: Collect all warranties and guarantees from contractors and suppliers. Coordinate, schedule, and monitor warranty and guarantee work following Final Completion as required pursuant to this Agreement.
