Warranty Period Services. The A/E and its consultants shall be available for consultation during the GC's Warranty Period.
Warranty Period Services. 7.4.1 Contractor’s warranties shall apply to the Services for a period (the “Services Warranty Period”) that is eighteen (18) months from the date the Services are provided, in accordance with the Specifications.
Warranty Period Services. The Architect shall assist as reasonably requested by the Owner during the warranty period set forth in the Contract Documents in identifying defects in the Project and in determining and implementing appropriate corrective measures in accordance with the requirements of the Construction Contract. Approximately one month before expiration of the Contractor’s warranty period, the Architect shall conduct an inspection of the Project together with the Owner’s representatives, and shall report in writing any observed discrepancies under warranties or guarantees required by the Contract Documents.
Warranty Period Services. Consultant shall provide warranty performance review services during the one-year warranty period to assist District in coordinating corrections of deficient equipment or construction. Consultant will provide 2 site visits of up to 8 hours total and 40 hours of coordination during the warranty period.
Warranty Period Services. CH2M HILL will provide the following warranty performance review services during the one-year warranty period to assist the City in coordinating corrections of deficient equipment or construction: Participate in an end-of-warranty period inspection one month prior to completion of the warranty period and provide a letter identifying any deficiencies found and recommended actions. Make periodic visits to the site during the warranty period to monitor contract deficiencies in workmanship, materials or equipment and prepare correspondence informing the Contractor of such deficiencies. Provide periodic onsite observation during correction of the deficiencies.
Warranty Period Services. A. Assist the City in addressing and communicating warranty items with the Contractor that may arises during the City’s 2-year warranty period.
Warranty Period Services. The Program Manager shall also render and perform, on an as-needed basis, any additional professional services required by SAWS relating to the Project during the Warranty Period in the event that SAWS elects to renew and extend the Initial Term (the “Warranty Period Services”). The nature and extent of any such Warranty Period Services, and the compensation therefor, shall be negotiated by the parties, acting reasonably.
