Warranty Period Services. 7.4.1 Contractor’s warranties shall apply to the Services for a period (the “Services Warranty Period”) that is eighteen (18) months from the date the Services are provided, in accordance with the Specifications.
Warranty Period Services. The Architect shall assist as reasonably requested by the Owner during the warranty period set forth in the Contract Documents in identifying defects in the Project and in determining and implementing appropriate corrective measures in accordance with the requirements of the Construction Contract.
