Schedule of Hourly Rates. If compensation to the Construction Manager for Additional CM Services pursuant to Section 7.6 herein, or otherwise as agreed by the Parties, is to be paid, in whole or in part, based on hourly labor rates for the personnel providing the services, the rates shall conform to the following schedule of hourly rates unless and except to the extent the Parties agree otherwise. Schedule of Hourly Rates. Engineer’s Services This is EXHIBIT A, consisting of 4 pages, referred to in and part of the Short Form Agreement between Owner and Engineer for Professional Services dated March 19, 2024 Article 1 of the Agreement is supplemented to include the following agreement of the parties.   • SCHEDULE OF SERVICES Consultant shall perform the Services within the Term of this Agreement, in accordance with the Schedule of Services set forth in Exhibit “B” attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and in accordance with any other completion schedule or milestones which may be separately agreed upon in writing by the Parties. Consultant represents that it has the professional and technical personnel required to perform the Services in conformance with such conditions. In order to facilitate Consultant’s conformance with the Schedule, City shall respond to Consultant’s submittals in a timely manner. Upon request of City, Consultant shall provide a more detailed schedule of anticipated performance to meet the Schedule of Services.

  • Schedule The Work shall be performed as expeditiously as possible in conformity with the schedule requirements contained herein and in the Statement of Work. The draft and final versions of all deliverables shall be submitted by the dates specified in the Exhibit A Schedule and Project Period noted in Item No. 7 of this Agreement. It is understood and agreed that the delivery of the draft and final versions of such deliverables by the Contractor shall occur in a timely manner and in accordance with the requirements of the Exhibit A Schedule.

  • Fee Schedule For the performance by the Transfer Agent pursuant to this Agreement, the Fund agrees to pay the Transfer Agent an annual maintenance fee for each Shareholder account as set forth in the attached fee schedule (“Schedule 5.1”). Such fees and out-of-pocket expenses and advances identified under Section 5.2 below may be changed from time to time subject to mutual written agreement between the Fund and the Transfer Agent.

  • EXHIBIT Exhibit A is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the new Exhibit A attached hereto, which reflects the addition of the Series E Preferred to the Agreement.
