Common use of Post-Offer, Pre-Employment Medical Examination and Drug Testing Clause in Contracts

Post-Offer, Pre-Employment Medical Examination and Drug Testing. As a part of the Employer’s employment procedures, all applicants will be required to undergo a post-offer, pre-employment medical examination and a drug screen/test that is conducted by a contractor designated by the Employer. Any offer of employment is contingent upon, among other things, satisfactory completion of this examination and/or screening, and the determination by the Employer and its examining physician that the applicant is capable of performing the responsibilities of the position that has been offered.
