Post Retirement, Health. Prescription. and Dental Coverage. The School District shall provide, at Act 93 rate at the time of retirement to the employee, post retirement, health, prescription, and dental coverage for the Director for the period beginning at retirement through the eligibility of the employee for Medicare coverage. For the purposes of this subsection, retirement shall be the super annuated retirement pursuant to the Pennsylvania School Employees Retirement System (the PSERS). The District shall have no obligation to provide post-retirement benefits unless her retirement is in accordance with the provisions of this subsection.

  • Health and Dental Coverage A dependent child is an eligible employee’s child to age twenty-six (26).

  • Dental Coverage Each employee covered by this agreement shall be eligible to participate in the City's dental program.

  • Coverage Selection Prior to Retirement An employee who retires and is eligible to continue insurance coverage as a retiree may change his/her health or dental plan during the sixty (60) calendar day period immediately preceding the date of retirement. The employee may not add dependent coverage during this period. The change takes effect on the first day of the month following the date of retirement.

  • Basic Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Coverage The Employer agrees to provide and pay for the following term life coverage and accidental death and dismemberment coverage for all employees eligible for an Employer Contribution, as described in Section 3. Any premium paid by the State in excess of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) coverage is subject to a tax liability in accord with Internal Revenue Service regulations. An employee may decline coverage in excess of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) by filing a waiver in accord with Minnesota Management & Budget procedures.   • Contribution Formula Dental Coverage Faculty Member Coverage. For faculty member dental coverage, the Employer contributes an amount equal to the lesser of ninety percent (90%) of the faculty member premium of the State Dental Plan, or the actual faculty member premium of the dental plan chosen by the faculty member. However, for calendar years beginning January 1, 2018, and January 1, 2019, the minimum employee contribution shall be thirteen dollars and fifty cents ($13.50) per month.

  • Dental Care Plan The Welfare Plan will include a Dental Care Plan which will reimburse members for expenses incurred in respect of the coverages summarized in Appendix "1". The Plan will not duplicate benefits provided now or which may be provided in the future by any government program.
