Post-Show Meet and Greet Sample Clauses

Post-Show Meet and Greet. An Artist may be requested to participate in a post-show meet and greet activity in the lobby after a performance. It is understood that Artist participation is voluntary, and no additional compensation to the Artist will be required provided the Artist is given no less than twenty-four (24) hours’ notice in advance and the appearance does not infringe on any rest periods. The Ballet will provide the Artist with any pertinent information about the meet and greet, including but not limited to expectations and any requirements such as signing autographs, taking of pictures, and identification of VIPs that may be in attendance. The Artist will not be required to be in costume, and the Artist’s participation will not extend beyond thirty (30) minutes. The Ballet will ensure that a representative of the Ballet is present at all meet and greets. In order to encourage audience participation, the Ballet will ensure that the meet and greet is announced to the audience prior to the performance. If the Ballet wishes to make requests to specific Artists, such requests will be made on a rotating basis to ensure that the requests are spread amongst the Artists. Whenever needed, there should be an Understudy or Sharer provided for each role in each ballet. All Understudies and Sharers are required to be at all rehearsals for the designated role unless called to another rehearsal. Except in the case of an emergency, there shall be at least one (1) full dancing rehearsal for the Sharer’s part with all appropriate cast members in attendance before a Sharer is required to perform.
