RELEASE OF BID EVALUATION MATERIALS Requests concerning the evaluation of Bids may be submitted under the Freedom of Information Law. Information, other than statistical or factual tabulations or data such as the Bid Tabulation, shall only be released as required by law after Contract award. Bid Tabulations are not maintained for all procurements. Names of Bidders may be disclosed after Bid opening upon request. Written requests should be directed to the Commissioner.
Construction materials (1) The restrictions of section 1605 of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (Pub. L. 111-5) (Recovery Act) do not apply to Recovery Act designated country manufactured construction material. The restrictions of the Buy American statute do not apply to designated country unmanufactured construction material. Customer Materials 12.1 The Supplier including any of its employees, agents, consultants, contractors and any third party shall:
NEW MATERIALS The Work to be delivered hereunder shall consist of new materials, not used, or reconditioned, remanufactured, or of such age as to impair its usefulness or safety.
Proprietary Materials Each of the Parties shall own its own intellectual property including without limitation all trade secrets, know-how, proprietary data, documents, and written materials in any format. Any materials created exclusively by IPS for the School shall be owned by IPS, and any materials created exclusively by Operator for the School shall be Operator’s proprietary material. The Parties acknowledge and agree that neither has any intellectual property interest or claims in the other Party’s proprietary materials. Notwithstanding the foregoing, materials and work product jointly created by the Parties shall be jointly owned by the Parties and may be used by the individual Party as may be agreed upon by both Parties from time to time.
Services and Third Party Materials A. The tvOS Software may enable access to Apple’s iTunes Store, App Store, Game Center, iCloud and other Apple and third party services, and web sites (collectively and individually, “Services”). Such Services may not be available in all languages or in all countries. Use of these Services requires Internet access and use of certain Services may require an Apple ID, may require you to accept additional terms and may be subject to additional fees. Patient Information Each Party agrees to abide by all laws, rules, regulations, and orders of all applicable supranational, national, federal, state, provincial, and local governmental entities concerning the confidentiality or protection of patient identifiable information and/or patients’ protected health information, as defined by any other applicable legislation in the course of their performance under this Agreement.
Training Materials Training Materials will be provided for each student. Training Materials may be used only for either (i) the individual student’s reference during Boeing provided training and for review thereafter or (ii) Customer’s provision of training to individuals directly employed by the Customer.
Third Party Proprietary Data The Disclosing Party's Third Party Proprietary Data, if any, will be identified in a separate technical document.
