Posting Notices. The Association and its representatives shall have the right to post notices of activities and matters of Association concern on teacher bulletin boards, at least one of which shall be provided in each school building. The Association may use district mail service and teacher mailboxes for communications to teachers. No material shall be placed in the teachers’ mailboxes that can be construed to deal with participation in, or information about any strike, work stoppage, or work slowdown.

Posting Notices. The Association and its representatives shall have the right to post notices of activities and matters of Association concern on designated bulletin boards in teacher bulletin boardsworkrooms or lounge areas, at least one of which shall be provided in each school building. Such postings should not be placed in areas accessible to students. All notices shall include the author and/or the distributor’s name. The Association may use district use, within reason, the District mail service and teacher mailboxes employee mail boxes for communications communication to teachers.
