The County shall serve as an agent for the Contract Agency in receipt of bail bonds or money posted for or by a Contract Agency's inmate with the County at when the Contract Agency is closed for regular business. Bonds or money collected will be promptly forwarded to the Contract Agency. Bail posted for Contract Agency inmates shall adhere to the County’s bail guidelines.
