Posting of Notice. (a) Notice of all job vacancies to be filled within the unit shall be posted on designated bulletin boards. (b) The job vacancy notice shall remain posted for a period of ten (10) full working days, during which time employees within the unit may file for the vacancy. (c) The District shall forward a copy of all job vacancies to be filled to the designated ECCE representative at the time of distribution.
