Posting Period. All vacancies in the bargaining unit will be posted internally on the appropriate bulletin boards and College Website for a minimum seven (7) day period provided that there are no qualified employees on layoff. The vacancy may be posted externally, however external candidates will only be considered if there are no qualified internal candidates.
