Common use of Postings Clause in Contracts

Postings. A) The Employer shall post notice of all nursing vacancies, describing the position, department, the date of commencement, a summary of the job description and the required qualifications. B) The Employer will post all Level 1 without the requirement for a BScN degree. Where the Employer determines that a Level 2 position requires a BScN degree, the position will be posted with a notification that states the Employer will equally consider an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. C) The Employer agrees to post notices at least ten (10) calendar days in advance of selection. D) The Employer may implement electronic job postings and electronic employee applications for job postings in place of or in conjunction with paper postings. When the Employer utilizes electronic job postings only: a) A copy of each new electronic posting will be emailed to the xxxxxxx coordinator or designate at the worksite. b) Employers will ensure that employees will have reasonable access to electronic posting information.
