Postponement of Probationary Period. The granting of any leave of absence without pay exceeding 15 calendar days shall cause the regular employee's probationary date to be postponed a number of months equal to the nearest whole number of months for which the leave was taken. All such calculations shall be based on the number of calendar days of such leave.
