POWER OF DELEGATIONThe Mortgagee shall be entitled at any time and as often as may be expedient to delegate all or any of the powers and discretions vested in it by the Secured Debt Documents or any of them (including the power vested in it by virtue of Section 14) in such manner upon such terms and to such persons as the Mortgagee in its absolute discretion may think fit.

Any delegation or sub-contracting by the Provider pursuant to this Section 2.02 shall be upon reasonable advance notice to the Recipient and subject to the Recipient’s approval.

POWER OF DELEGATION. (1) The Minister may delegate to a body or person (including a person for the time being holding or acting in a specified office or position) a function or power of the Minister under this Act, or under any other Act that, in the opinion of the Minister, is relevant to the operation or administration of this Act or the Agreement. (2) A delegation under this section— (a) must be by instrument in writing; and (b) may be absolute or conditional; and (c) does not derogate from the ability of the Minister to act in any matter; and (d) is revocable at will.
POWER OF DELEGATION. Manager shall have full power to delegate the whole or any part of its powers, duties, discretions and functions hereunder (including power to sub-delegate) to any other person, firm or company. If the delegation was made with the written approval of the Company, Manager shall not be liable for the acts or omissions of such delegates provided that such delegation shall have been made in good faith. Except to the extent otherwise agreed with the Company, the Manager shall be responsible for the costs associated with any such delegation including, without limitation, any fees and expenses of the delegate.

  • Power of Sale If an Event of Default should occur, Beneficiary may ------------- enforce payment of the obligations secured hereby and shall, at its option, execute or cause the Trustee to execute a written notice of such default and of its election to cause to be sold the Property to satisfy the obligations hereof, and shall cause such notice to be recorded in the office of the recorder of each county wherein said Property is situated. Trustee may postpone sale of all or any portion of said property by public announcement at such time and place of sale, and from time to time thereafter may postpone such sale by public announcement at the time fixed by the preceding postponement. Trustee shall deliver to the purchaser its deed conveying the property so sold, but without any covenant or warrant, express or implied. The recitals in such deed of any matters or facts shall be conclusive proof of the truthfulness thereof. Any person, including Trustor, Trustee, or Beneficiary, may purchase at such sale. After deducting all reasonable costs, fees, and expenses of Trustee and of this Trust, including cost of evidence of title and reasonable counsel fees in connection with sale, Trustee shall apply the proceeds of sale (i) to the payment of all sums expended under the terms hereof, not then repaid with accrued interest at the Default Rate, as defined in the Note, provided, however, that such interest rate shall in no event exceed the maximum interest rate allowed by law; (ii) all other sums then secured hereby; and (iii) the remainder, if any, to the person or persons legally entitled thereto.

  • Delegate A “delegate” refers to a person who has been explicitly designated to the position of Vice President, Xxxx or Director by a Vice President, Xxxx or Director as appropriate. This person shall not be a member of the Association.
