POWERS AND DELEGATION. 2.1 The Parties have entered into this Agreement pursuant to the provisions of sections 101, 102 and 113 of the Local Government Act 1972 and sections 9EA and 9EB of the Local Government Act 2000, together with Section 1 of the Localism Act 2011, the supporting provisions within section 111 of the Local Government Act 1972 and all other relevant enabling powers.
