Common use of Pre and Post Conference Clause in Contracts

Pre and Post Conference. a. A pre-observation conference shall occur prior to each formal observation unless mutually waived by the evaluator and the teacher. The pre-observation conference must be held no more than four (4) days prior to the formal observation and may occur the day of the observation. b. A post-observation conference shall be held after each formal observation within ten (10) days after the observation where the evaluator will give the teacher the compiled form in eTPES. c. Any evidence presented by the teacher to the evaluator at the pre-conference, post-conference, or during the formal/informal observations will be considered and included by the evaluator based upon the performance standards. Should such information be provided after any writing, the evaluator will amend any such form to reflect this new information, when appropriate.
