Pre-Board Meeting. Representatives of Transit Services and the Union Executive shall meet at least sixty (60) days prior to the start of a board period to review the runs developed by the Planning Committee. At this meeting a package will be presented to the Union Executive outlining: • Run information with start and finish times; • Break times; • Rotation schedule; • Run schedule; and • Shift value.
