Equipment Committee. The FEDERATION shall elect a committee of three (3) who shall recommend to the Superintendent of Schools or her/his designee the selection of machinery and equipment needed by the employees for the performance of their duties in the various buildings of the EMPLOYER, both in the planning stage and when replacements are necessary. They shall meet with the Superintendent or her/his designee at such time or times as are necessary for the accomplishment of the foregoing. Their recommendations shall not be binding upon the Superintendent or her/his designee.
