Common use of Pre-Construction Phase Clause in Contracts

Pre-Construction Phase. Employer’s Liability, Workers’ Compensation, Comprehensive General Liability and Comprehensive Automobile Liability in the amounts as set forth in the UGSC. The Architect/Engineer shall maintain Professional Liability covering wrongful acts, errors and/or omissions, including design errors of the Architect/Engineer for damages sustained by reason of or in the course of performance of this Agreement for three (3) years after the Project is finally complete.
