Pre-Determination Procedure. Submission by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, and/or Transferee, of evidence of compliance with this Agreement, in a form which the Planning Director may reasonably establish, shall be made in writing and transmitted to the Planning Director not later than thirty (30) days prior to the yearly anniversary of the Effective Date. If the public has comments regarding compliance, such comments must be submitted to the Planning Director at least thirty (30) days prior to the yearly anniversary of the Effective Date. All such public comments and final staff reports shall, upon receipt by the City, be made available as soon as possible to Developer and/or any Transferees.

The public shall be afforded an opportunity to submit written comments regarding compliance to the Planning Director at least sixty (60) days prior to the yearly anniversary of the Effective date.
