Pre-Discharge Notice Clause Samples

A Pre-Discharge Notice clause requires that a party, typically a service provider or facility, give advance written notice to the other party before a patient or client is formally discharged. This notice usually specifies the intended discharge date and may include reasons for discharge or instructions for post-discharge care. By mandating prior notification, the clause ensures that all parties are adequately informed and prepared for the transition, reducing confusion and allowing for appropriate arrangements to be made.

The employee shall be permitted to have an Association representative present.
