A Regular Status Employee may be suspended, demoted, or dismissed for just cause.

After reviewing the matter with the Employee, the Superintendent’s designee may immediately suspend a Regular Status Employee, without pay, and indefinitely if an Employee fails to maintain a required license, certification or other prerequisite for the Employee’s position.
