Pre-Employment Drug Testing. Except for Seller’s personnel whose Services Buyer determines may not exceed thirty (30) days in duration, Xxxxxx agrees each person assigned to perform Services hereunder shall be required to complete a drug test as set forth in Addendum A, entitled ―Drug Free Workplace,‖ which is by this reference made a part of this Order.
