Pre-Formal Observation Meeting. A pre- formal observation meeting shall be held within a time frame agreed upon by both parties before a formal observation. The pre-meeting shall be an opportunity for the instructional or pupil service staff member to share the instruction or job-related work that will be evaluated, including goals, objectives, and methodology to be used.
