Pre-Mediation Information Sample Clauses

Pre-Mediation Information. To facilitate an understanding of the controversy and the issues to be mediated, the parties will provide to the Mediator such written and oral information as may be requested prior to the mediation session(s) and, at the minimum, will provide a brief written summary of the controversy as they see it, not less than ten (10) days prior to the first mediation session. Again, this is optional but, as explained above, would be helpful. The time lines can be decided between you.
