Pre-Occupancy Inspection. EHA and the Resident or the Resident's representative may inspect the Dwelling Unit prior to commencement of occupancy by the Resident. EHA shall furnish the Resident with a written statement of the condition of the Dwelling Unit and the equipment provided with the unit. The statement shall be signed by EHA and the Resident and a copy of the statement shall be retained by EHA in the Resident's file.

Pre-Occupancy Inspection. The Landlord and the Tenant will inspect the Premises prior to occupancy by the Tenant. The Landlord will give the Tenant a copy of the inspection form showing the condition of the Premises, interior and exterior, as applicable, and any equipment provided with the Premises. The inspection form shall be signed by the Landlord and Tenant and a copy of the form shall be given to Tenant and retained in the Tenant's folder. Any deficiencies noted on the inspection form will be corrected by the Landlord before the Tenant moves in, and at no charge to the Tenant.

Pre-Occupancy Inspection. Prior to Tenant's occupancy of the Leased Premises, Tenant and Landlord's representative shall conduct an inspection of the Leased Premises to document the existing condition of the space not affected by any work stipulated in the lease documents. Such inspection shall identify the location and condition of any existing damage and/or above ordinary wear and tear that exists in the Leased Premises at the time of Tenant's taking possession of the space. An inspection report will be prepared by the Landlord's representative and submitted to Tenant for execution and acknowledgment. Tenant's acceptance of the Leased Premises shall be subject to the existing condition of the Leased Premises, and Tenant shall not be responsible for restoring any damage/above ordinary wear and tear that existed as of Tenant's occupancy of the Leased Premises, per the pre-occupancy inspection letter agreement.
